		Apartment inventory

Pets are not allowed. The balance must be paid at arrival. Upon his arrival the client must deposit the caution money. It will be returned at the moment of departure, after our final control of the flat's equipment. The apartment must not be occupied by more guests than agreed beforehand. On reservation a down payment of 20% of the total amount is required: otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
