Pets are not allowed
Beginning of stay: Saturday 4.00 pm
Departure: Saturday 09.00 am
Security deposit of € uro 150
Included in the price: consumption (water, electricity and gas)
and the tourist tax
Supplement for mandatory final cleaning:
€uro 30 (studio apartment)
€uro 40 (two-roomed flat)
€uro 50 (three rooms)
Excluded (on request):
Garage €uro 40 per week
Air conditioner €uro 30 per week
Bed linen and towels €uro 10 per person per change
Additional information
Pets are not allowed
The balance must be paid at arrival
Upon his arrival the client must deposit the caution money. It will be returned at the moment of departure, after our final control of the flat’s equipment.
The apartment must not be occupied by more guests than agreed beforehand.
On reservation a down payment of 25% of the total amount is required: otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
